This is Kes getting stuck in the Venetian mini-blinds because she wanted to look out the window.
There is a gold, U-shaped piece of metal (like a thick gauge wire for want of a better description) that is inside the hole where the cord is located. It seems that this piece has become somewhat distorted. Can anyone offer suggestions on how to solve this problem? I really do not want to replace the blinds because otherwise they are in good shape.
